Bulk operations allow you to perform actions on multiple articles simultaneously. This is one of Wapi's most powerful features.

Advanced Feature

Bulk operations require a Pro plan or higher.

Types of Operations

Status Modification

Convert all posts published before January 2023 to drafts
Schedule 10 posts for publication over the next 10 days

Category and Tag Management

Add the "archive" tag to all 2022 articles
Move all articles from "News" to "Updates"
Remove the "obsolete" tag from all articles

Content Modification

Add a warning at the top of all articles in the "Tutorials" category
Replace "2023" with "2024" in all article titles
Add a standard conclusion to all posts without a conclusion

Security and Best Practices

Bulk operations are powerful actions that require caution. Wapi includes security mechanisms to protect you:

  • Always ask Wapi to show you a preview before making important changes
  • Clearly specify the selection criteria for the affected posts
  • Verify the number of posts that will be affected before confirming

Wapi will always inform you of the number of items that will be modified before performing a bulk operation.

Security settings

You can configure permissions for bulk operations directly in the WordPress plugin settings:

  • Allow or block certain sensitive actions (deletions, mass updates)
  • Set custom limits according to your needs
  • Adapt the configuration to your workflow

By default, the most sensitive actions are disabled to ensure your site's security.
